5 Mantras for Love: A Valentine's Day Meditation

Valentine’s Day is nearly upon us and it’s time to start feeling the power of love within us! Here at Meditation Relax Club we were thinking:

“What would be a fantastic meditation exercise to help you feel closer to the one you love?”

So we’ve put together ‘5 Mantras for Love: A Valentine’s Day Meditation’, a meditation exercise designed to make you feel a stronger sense of love towards your love and it also works as a natural mood booster. So expect to feel a spring in your step after this meditation exercise.

Never done mantra meditation before? No worries. It’s incredible simple. This exercise only takes about 15 minutes, and like the common method of meditation it involves be comfortable and getting relaxed.

And just how do I do that? You can do this exercise at any time during the day, but as a Valentine’s Day meditation I would recommend doing it the night before, and then again on Valentine’s Day so you can truly feel the power of love stream through your body.

The method is simple: find a space that offers peace and quiet. Lie down on a yoga mat, although a bed or sofa will do just fine. You can even sit up in a chair if that’s where you are most comfortable. Switch on soothing romantic music, and begin repeat each mantra three times between deep breathes.

Are there any other benefits? Indeed there is! This particular Valentine’s Day meditation allows you to tap into the love you feel towards your partner, whether you need to re-connect or you just want to feel the incredibly positivity that comes from feeling love in our hearts.
