Massage Your Temples with Peppermint Oil

Migraines are triggered by the release of an inflammatory substance around the nerves and blood vessels of the head. To improve the blood flow and make the area feel cool, try rubbing some peppermint oil in a circular motion around your temples. This should give you instant relief.

Watch What You Eat

What you put in your body might have a very direct effect on how it reacts physically. Even if you may not correlate it, coffee, alcohol and cigarettes could have a bad influence.
