1) Inhale deeply and count to 5
2) Hold you breath and count up to 3
3) Exhale slowly while counting up to 8
4) Hold your breath again for just a second
5) Rinse and repeat!
You can go on doing this breathing exercise while meditating for as long as you wish! It will help you relax and unwind after a heavy day at work.
