Who said that you just need to go to a spa to relax? Or to stay in bed until late in the morning? Relaxation is subjective and everyone has his own method. Some people love relaxing reading a book, walking in nature or simply talking to a friend.
Sometimes it’s vital to spend some time for yourself doing what you like the most to forget all worries or daily stress.

Finding a quiet place can be a starting point to meditate for example, then begin to focus on your breathing and feel all your anxieties slowly disappear.
A lot of people love going to the gym to do some yoga or stretching to relieve muscle tension and find that exercise is really stimulating and relaxing. A quick walk or run helps you release any kind of tension while dancing makes you feel less anxious.
Brain games are a good alternative for loners because they require a lot of concentration, so it’s hard to think about what’s worring us. The same thing can happen between a book and its reader: while reading a story it’s almost impossible to let other thoughts occupy your mind.
