There are several ways to relax during the day, especially when everything seems to go out of your control. Don’t feel guilty with yourself if you need a little break to take a little time for you. Nowadays it’s very common to be busy and have a lot of things to do during the day, that playing the button “pause” seems quite impossible. But we are human being, not robots, that’s why our body and mind usually ask for a little help from you.
Take 5 minutes just for yourself to indulge in something you love, like reading 5 pages of your favorite book, 5 minutes to open the door and go out breathing some fresh air, 5 minutes to walk in nature, 5 minutes for cuddling your pet, 5 minutes to have a soothing cup of tea. The important thing is to choose something that doesn’t stress you out and help you relax. Stay away from the internet or from social networks which can cause you stress or other bad feelings. You’ll return to reality soon and you can live without your mobile phone for at least 5 minutes a day.
I chose to have a little break listening to some chil music which helps me distract from my daily routine and worries and bring back peace within myself again.
