As the cold season approaches, some of us may fall into the winter blues, a seasonal affective disorder. In this period, in fact, many people experience a serious change of mood, they sleep excessively, have little energy and often feel depressed.
To reduce seasonal anxiety, however, there are many solutions. While it is certainly important to eat healthy and exercise properly, taking care of your mental well-being is just as fundamental.
