Have you ever heard about “Loving Kindness Meditation”? As we’ve always said there isn’t a specific kind of meditation and most of all you don’t need to be a buddhist monk or a meditation guru to practice it.
Meditation is basically the capacity to concentrate on one main thing and to build a path around it, not allowing your mind to wonder into your chaotic thoughts.
Meditation for beginners is always hard, essentially because we are used to think about a lot of things alla t the same time. Wrong! If you want that all your negative thoughts go out of your mind, first of all you need to organize them and to lead them out. So meditation needs some practice.
Loving kindness meditation could be the solution for all beginners, because it consists in picturing in your mind, a person you love and focusing on him/her.
It’s important to visualize every detail about them, from how they look, the color of their eyes, the sound of their voice, theit actions and movements, all things you need to capture the memories of this person and the moments you spent together.
Sometimes this kind of meditation is easier because you need to remember facts instead of imagining them with the risk of going out of your meditation path.
Meditation can be hard in the first place but with a little help it can be easier. This help is music.
