“Autumn, the year’s last loveliest smile…”
As Google Home Page reminded us last week, the autumnal equinox turns summer into fall. Sun or rain, the first leaves start to become red and yellow and we can taste autumn foods, like oranges and chestnuts on our desks.
I have always thought about autumn as a sleepy season, where relaxation comes just right before winter with its celebrations like Christmas.
Calm and quietness characterize this time of the year even if it’s the season where all activities start again after the summer break.
Sometimes it could be hard to practice all these activities if the weather outside is windy and foggy (especially where I live), but meditation is the key.
That’s why I decided to post here in this #MondaySongs corner, this calming new age music free mp3 directly from the album “Autumn Music for Meditation”. The track you can easily download from the link below has the same title of the album and it’s a mix of nature sounds like bird singing, and relaxing meditation music.
