Oats are high in calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, silicone and potassium; all of them promote relaxation! It truly is one of the best relaxing foods. You can use it in numerous different recipes, or just eat it by itself with some soy milk.


Spinach is a very healthy choice. Once again, a relaxing food that is packed with magnesium. Spinach can be a base to a salad and fill you up, but you can also cook it and use it as a simple side dish.

This is an excellent font of protein and can be used as a base for a healthy fresh fruit breakfast. You can add what you wish to it. The nice thing about greek yogurt as a relaxing food is that it contains trytophan, which is converted to a neurotransmitter which helps you relax and feel sleepy.
